Q: What hours are you open?

A: We are open during the school holidays from 7:30am – 5:30pm weekdays.

Q: Where is drop off and pick up?

A: Our meeting place is at De La Salle College, 1318 High Street, Malvern. We will be in the PAC, or school hall, this building is right on high street, if you’re facing the school it’s on the right. Just go in the door and you’ll find us there.

Q: Do your staff have working with children checks?

A: Yes, we both have working with children checks.  We will happily show you our WWCC cards upon request.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: We require full payment upon confirmation of booking. We are unable to accept your tween into the program without pre-payment. We can accept payment via bank transfer or credit card. An invoice will be emailed to you detailing the payment options with confirmation of your booking.

Q: Can my tween make their way to and from the program?

A: We understand that independence is really important to tweens so we do have an allowance for tweens to make their own way to and from the program. We will, however, require notification from you that this is the arrangement with signed permission and details of their transport arrangements (you can advise us of this on the enrolment form). If your tween doesn’t arrive by about 10 minutes before we need to leave we will send you a courtesy SMS and it will be your responsibility to follow up where he/she is.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: There is a daily fee of $80 per child (sibling discounts available) plus the excursion cost which varies day to day depending on where we go. The daily fee is much cheaper than hiring a babysitter and includes fantastic staff:child ratios of up to 1:5, care before and after the excursion, and transportation. The excursion fees consist of entry into the excursion venue and associated costs with that venue eg parking etc. We are more than happy to go into depth as to how the costs have been calculated, as a non-profit organisation all income goes directly back into making a fantastic holidays for you and your Tween/s.
