Terms and Conditions of Booking
Refund/Cancellation Policy: Once you have completed an enrolment, booked specific sessions and paid your invoice there will be no refunds for change of mind or absenteeism.
Delivery Policy: Bookings are made by completing a booking form (downloaded on our website) and returning by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Bookings will only be accepted from people who have completed an enrolment form listing emergency contacts and important medical information for each tween being enrolled.
The service you have booked will be delivered as advertised on the advertised day. Tweens need to be at the venue no later than the advertised departure time on the day. Anyone who arrives late risks missing the bus and therefore missing the booked activity, in this instance you will forfeit all fees paid and there will be no refund possible.
