All staff have experience and qualifications as well as First Aid, asthma and anaphylaxis certificates.

Tween F.O.M.O reserves the right to cancel any day that does not meet minimum numbers. One weeks notice will be given and a refund or credit will be offered in this circumstance.
Once bookings are confirmed charges will apply, there will be no refunds or credit days granted for change of mind or non-attendance.
Please provide all necessary medication/asthma inhalers/spacers/ epipens etc as well as action plans to go with these. Tweens are able to carry these themselves if parents deem them responsible but please provide this information to staff on the day.
Our Daily meeting place is at De La Salle College, 1318 High Street Malvern in the school hall.
Operating Hours are 7:30am-5:30pm.
All tweens must arrive at the venue by 8:45am unless otherwise specified to go on excursion. If you are late you will miss the bus and no refund will be given.
Tweens will return to the venue at approximately 4pm most days unless otherwise specified. SMS updates of our arrival time are available.
Tweens must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian unless they have written permission to travel to and from the program on their own.
What to Bring
· Appropriate clothing and footwear (ie. No open toed shoes)
· Drink bottle, snacks, lunch or money for lunch
· Backpack to carry personal items
· Any weather protection required eg Jackets, sunscreen etc
Daily Fee $80
Excursion Fees: Variable as advertised. Both fees are applicable each day.
As a registered Child Care provider you will be provided a receipt and may be eligible to claim the childcare benefit.
Due to the nature of the program Tweens must be over 13 to attend the program.
Behaviour Management Policy
Tween F.O.M.O has the right to remove or refuse participation of any tween whose behavior is deemed inappropriate. Bullying, bad language, and harassment of other children
or educators will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
